We teach methods for using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools. Important: When you use these tools, you’re subject to their privacy policies. We don’t receive or store your conversations with AI services.

You Control Your Data
Access and update: Log into your account to view or update your information anytime
Delete your account: Email us at hello@chroniclemakers.com and we’ll delete your data (some information may be retained for legal/accounting requirements)
Stop marketing emails: Click “unsubscribe” in any email or update your preferences
Opt out of analytics: Use browser extensions or settings to block Google Analytics
Data Security
We take security seriously: - SSL encryption for all data transmission - Encrypted personal email communications via Proton Mail - Secure password storage - Regular security updates - PCI-compliant payment processing through trusted providers
However: No system is 100% secure. You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and reporting any suspicious activity.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as: - Your account is active - Needed to provide the Service - Required by law (like tax records) - Necessary to resolve disputes
When you delete your account, we securely delete most information. Some data (like transaction records) may be retained as required by law.
Children’s Privacy
Chronicle Makers is not intended for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us immediately.
International Users
Chronicle Makers is based in the United States. If you’re accessing from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
